However, we are pleased to announce that the Canada Greener Homes Loan continues to be available, offering financial assistance for those looking to make energy-efficient home improvements, with a pre-retrofit evaluation required for application.

We also want to inform you that the Canada Greener Homes Grant is now closed to new applicants in all provinces. For homeowners currently participating in this program, we encourage you to complete your energy-efficient retrofits promptly to maintain eligibility for ongoing funding and support, which can be accessed through the Canada Greener Homes portal.

The good news extends to the Canada Greener Homes Loan and the Oil to Heat Pump Affordability program, both of which remain open. These programs are especially beneficial for low-to-median income households aiming to transition from oil heating to more sustainable heat pump systems.
