* Diagnostic fee will be waived off as long as customer decided to either repair or purchase a unit. Otherwise $130 plus HST will be charged for residential diagnostic and $140 plus HST per hour for commercial diagnostic.
* 30 Day Comfort Guarantee: the 30 day comfort guarantee is not applicable to any rental or commercial properties or residences where you are not the primary resident. In addition, you will first allow us a reasonable number of attempts and ample time to try and make repairs or adjustments to the equipment or to re-perform the services before a refund will be issued.
